Michael Anthony & Nicole Jeniene Childress

Michael, a native of Roanoke, Va. joined the U.S. Army at the age of 16. While serving in the military, Michael was selected to serve in the Presidential Honor Guard. After 20 years of service,, Michael retired with several other honors and formed a very lucrative and highly recommended landscaping business.

Nicole, a native of Long Island, N.Y., aspired to be a dancer at the age of 4. She is currently a dance instructor and choreographer at Body Moves studio in Fort Washington, Md. and Assistant Associate Director/Dancer with SIMPINC, a professional dance company based in Rockville, Md. Nicole is a legal assistant with Foley & Lardner, LLP in Washington, D.C.

The Childress' currently live in Fort Washington, Md.

Mike and Pam Poff

Mike & Pam are parents of seven children ages 14, 11, four that are 5 and a one year old. They have known Buddy and Brenda Clayburn for several decades. And not only deeply appreciate and support Ministry In Motion, but Buddy & Brenda themselves, as a loving brother and sister in the Lord as well as close and dear friends.

Pam is a very successful entrepreneur and president of Professional Rehabilitative Options, Inc., a case management company, that operates across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mike has been an at-home-dad and freelance writer for the past several years after the birth of their quadruplets.

They reside in Bedford County, Va. with their seven children, seven horses, six cats, five dogs, one cockatiel, and a guinea pig. From here they mentor, teach and equip others in an open, honest and biblical “truth in love” perspective towards greater stewardship and victory in Christ. They continuously give glory to God for His abundant blessings in their lives.
